Answers_697DCK-25-R-00368_Amendment 0005, a document containing government responses to the vendor questions submitted under Amendment 0003 is hereby provided. 3. In accordance with Amendment 0005, new proposals will be required from all Offerors, including those who have previously submitted proposals. Proposals will need to be resubmitted in their entirety, to include the Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs). However, Offerors MAY CHOOSE TO RESUBMIT PREVIOUS SIR Attachment 3 - Past Experience Information Form(s) and SIR Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaires. ALL OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING IF THE INFORMATION IN THE PREVIOUS ATTACHMENTS 3 AND 4 MEET ALL THE CURRENT AMENDED SIR REQUIREMENTS 4. The proposal Due date is extended to 11/12/2026 at 5:00 PM ET. 5. Offerors must sign this amendment and incorporate it in Volume I of their proposal. 6. As a reminder, in accordance with Amendment 0004, no further questions will be accepted for this solicitation. 7.
