Tender Invitation Shared Services Canada (SSC) invites suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, programming, configuration, installation, commissioning, and related professional services for SSC physical security systems at facilities located in British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec. Services may include corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, programming, configuration, installation, commissioning, technical support, and associated professional services. The contract is to support SSC systems utilizing Lenel S2 OnGuard, Genetec, Avigilon, and associated hardware, software, field devices, databases, communications infrastructure, and related security equipment. Security Requirements Facility Security Required: Secret Personnel Security Required: Secret or Reliability (depending on the requirement) Contract Award Information Number of Contracts: SSC intends to award one (1) contract with initial contract period of 12 months Optional Years: Three (3) additional optional years to extend the contract (12 months each) Total duration of the contract: Four (4) years RFP Document Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be downloaded directly from this tender.
