Le Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) souhaite confier à un prestataire la réalisation de prestations de réalisation/maintenance et d’évolutions de sites web intranets et portails internes au CNRS, en technologie Drupal, y compris des prestations annexes (formations, conduite du changement, expertises, …). Le marché comprend notamment la refonte en technologie Drupal / PostgreSQL de quatre de ses applications nationales actuellement en technologie Microsoft SharePoint : Intranet du CNRS, Portail DU, Portail RH, Bourse aux matériels. Les applications Intranet du CNRS, Portail DU et Portail font partie de la tranche ferme du marché. L’application Bourse aux matériels relève d’une tranche optionnelle.
