CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for office cleaning for Housing Service Center Esquimalt 2. Security Requirements There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that bidders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. For additional information, consult clause 2.1 – Security Requirements – Resulting Contract Clauses. Level of Security Requirement: Minimum Corporate Security Required: RELIABILITY Minimum Resource Security Required: RELIABILITY NOTE: All bidders must complete and submit AFR form to cfha.contracts@forces.gc.ca, which can be found in clause: 3.7. Security Documentation a. AFR Form. 5. Proposed period of contract The proposed period of contract shall be from January 1st, 2027, to December 31st, 2027. Inquiries: Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Officer named above. Documents may be submitted in either official language. 7. Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
