Qué solicita el órgano de contratación

This is a Set-Aside Small Business (SB) Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed and certified at SBA Small Business Certification https://certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Epoxy Shower Repair. The Contractor shall provide all tools, shipping, delivery, personnel, transportation, demolition, to recoat the shower section of walls from the left corner around 3K-116 at the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed for Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), AR, 72114. The Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Wednesday 3:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 10/28/2026. Please annotate subject line of e-mail with Technical Questions 36C25627Q0084 - Epoxy Repair and only send to Lamar Brown, Contract Specialist, at lamar.brown@va.gov. Please include in your questions in the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing. Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Lamar Brown, Contract Specialist, at lamar.brown@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be 36C25627Q0084 - Epoxy Repair by Friday 3:30 PM on 10/30/2026.
