An Amendment to the Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0039 is being applied due to the following: 1. Attachment 1 - Market Basket is being replaced with: Attachment 1 - Market Basket Amended. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. The Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) Troop Support (Agency) intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract(s) (IQC) with a commercial firm(s) to supply fresh Bread and Bakery products to Department of War (DoW, or Troop) customers in the Colorado State region. This solicitation closes on October 26, 2026, at 3 PM EST. Please see attachments for all documents in the solicitation package.
