An award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. Summary of Work/Description of Items: A dilution refrigerator system consisting of a Gas Handling System Refrigerator and two identical He3/He4 dilution inserts as specified and in accordance with the attached RFP documents.
