The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the agency's ongoing need for external assistance regarding calculation of costs with uncertainty analyses, connected to the development of public infrastructure. There will mainly be grey-blue-green measures, such as streets, pedestrian and footpaths, footpaths, squares, parks and footbridges, streams and surface water systems that shall be cost calculated.
