The competition is for the delivery of a communication system for internal and external communication, delivered as a service with the accompanying SLA. There is also a need for other services, such as network design and operation in the contract. There is a need for the system to be delivered as a service, where communication can also be established or ceased as needed. Participants in the procurement: Vestre Toten kommune (org. 971 028 300) Nordre Land kommune (org. 861 381 722) Søndre Land kommune (org. 961 381 630) Gjøvik kommune (org. 941 574 431) The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. Tenderers are required, at the latest by the start of the contract work, to be affiliated with an apprenticeship scheme, that at least ten percent of the work is carried out by apprentices and that at least one person of those who participate in the work of fulfilling the contract shall be an apprentice, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h.
