REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT Republic of Turkey Quality Education for the Workforce of the Future (E4J) Project Loan No. 98940-TR Assignment Title: Lump-Sum Individual Consultancy Services for Project Implementation Support Reference No .: CS-C3.2-R01 Within the scope of the Quality Education for the Workforce of the Future (E4J) Project, implemented under the coordination of the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies (YEGITEK), it is planned to procure individual consultancy services for the Project for Improving Educational Environments and Employability Skills of Individuals with Special Educational Needs, which is being implemented by our General Directorate. Detailed information about the Project is available at: https://yegitek.meb.gov.tr/www/gelecegin-isgucu-icin-kaliteli-egitim-projesi/icerik/3863 The Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies (YEGITEK) now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) (published in July 2016 and updated in November 2017 and August 2018) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest (https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/c84273d1b230aeb2b0b8134de5dc8cd7-0290012025/original/Procurement-Regulations-7th-Edition-Sep-2025.pdf). Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Approved Selection Methods for Individual Consultants set out in the Procurement Regulations. The contract will be signed between the Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies YEGITEK and the Consultant.
