NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT FILE NUMBER: W8485-26-SC20 This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for two (2) Air Simulator Verification, Validation & Accreditation (VV&A) consultants to support the Director Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Tactical Aviation and Simulation) (DAEPM (T&AS 4)) group. These resources will independently determine flight simulator fitness and will ensure the flight simulator’s compliance with required technical and quality standards Tendering Procedure: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No UNSPSC: 81102300 Aeronautical engineering; and 86101811 Accreditation or re-accreditation service Number of Contracts: This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus two (2) irrevocable option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
