The TET will document the specific technical advantages and disadvantages identified through the comparative evaluation under Factor IV. Following completion of Phase II, the Government will conduct a final best-value tradeoff evaluation and select one (1) IDIQ contractor to receive all subsequent production Delivery Orders for the remaining RB-S III boats.
