REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT Republic of Turkey Future Technologies in Vocational and Technical Education Project (P510381) Loan No. 98940-TR Assignment Title: Procurement of Lump-Sum Individual Consultancy Services for Project Implementation Support Reference No .: CS-C3.2-M01 The Future Technologies in Vocational and Technical Education Project, coordinated by the Directorate General for Vocational and Technical Education (DGVET), with procurement activities carried out by the Directorate General for Innovation and Educational Technologies (DGIET/YEGITEK), aims to strengthen the capacity of vocational and technical education (VET) in Türkiye to adapt to digitalization, the green transition, and technology-driven production processes. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) (published in July 2016 and updated in November 2017 and August 2018) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest (https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/c84273d1b230aeb2b0b8134de5dc8cd7-0290012025/original/Procurement-Regulations-7th-Edition-Sep-2025.pdf). Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Approved Selection Methods for Individual Consultants set out in the Procurement Regulations. The contract will be signed between the Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies YETEK and the Consultant.
