U.S. GOVERNMENT United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Pasco Delineated Area: Northern Boundary- W Sagemoor Rd to HWY 395 to E Elm Rd/Rye Grass Coulee Rd/E Blackman Ridge Rd to Snake River Rd Southern Boundary- HWY 82 running east to HWY 397 Eastern Boundary- HWY 397 to HWY 12 to Pasco Kahlotus Rd Western Boundary- HWY 82 to HWY 224 running east into Van Gieson St to George Washington Way running into HWY 182 to N Rd 68 to Taylor Flats Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,950 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,150 Space Type: Warehouse, Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Up to 240 Months Firm Term: Up to 120 Months Additional Requirements: 20,000 Ware Yard Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
