This is a Request for Proposal. The Texas Army National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for non-personal services, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished, to perform Mobile Medical and Dental Services as defined in the PWS. The period of performance is 11-19 November 2026. This requirement will be full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621498. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.SAM.gov. Instructions for registering are on the web page (there is no fee for registration). The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at SAM.gov. Please submit all questions regarding this solicitation via email to ng.tx.txarng.mbx.uspfo-tx-pc1@army.mil. The deadline for questions is no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM CDT on October 28, 2026. It is the vendors responsibility to regularly monitor the website for updates. No late Q/As or quotes will be considered by the Government.
