All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Department of National Defence a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the rental and related servicing and maintenance of portable heaters and associated components to heat temporary living quarters during military operations training exercises taking place at 3 CDSB Garrison Wainwright and Edmonton Garrison area, as well as Civilian emergency situations located around Edmonton and Wainwright as determined by Department of National Defence. The Standing Offer will be for three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year option periods.
