This includes taking on additional demand to meet seasonal surges or staffing reductions to support any overflow from our Active Recovery offers as required. The service also includes supporting People who are not in hospital, but who are living in the community and would benefit from this re-enabling approach in line with the prevention programme in the Council plan.
