This item is restricted to the following: PRATT & WHITNEY, CAGE CODE: 55820 (AAR SUPPLY CHAIN, INC, CAGE CODE: 1Y249 as an approved distributor for CAGE 55820). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
