Each team must consist of two persons. All quotes must be submitted in accordance with the attached performance work statement. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 721211. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $10.0M for the past three (3) years.
