The contractor will provide all labor, packaging materials, approved containers, equipment, manifests, and transportation needed to safely package, load, stabilize as required, and transport the waste to an authorized treatment, storage, or disposal facility, including incineration as applicable. The contractor must provide a final inventory, signed transportation manifests, and documentation confirming final treatment or disposal. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
