Wat de aanbestedende dienst vraagt
The framework agreement concerns the rental of event equipment with associated services for Ringsaker Municipality, including delivery, collection, assembly, dismantling, and technical/professional assistance. The agreement covers, among other things, crowd control barriers, cable protectors, ground protection mats, toilets and mobile toilet trailers, sales and refrigerated containers, wheelchair-accessible platforms, telehandlers, as well as power generators, distribution boxes, and extension cables for temporary power supply. The agreement is intended to cover the municipality's requirements for planned events, unforeseen incidents, temporary road and area closures, and similar situations. It also encompasses assembly, dismantling, site inspections, needs assessments, and professional assistance upon call-off. For further information, please refer to the procurement documents.
