TX - CADDO LAKE NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE (NWR) - VISITOR CENTER SIDING REPAIR, KARNACK, TX DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a construction project for work that requires removal of the existing damaged siding on the visitor center trailer (back) and the end of an auxiliary trailer (see attached photos). Both locations to be replaced with new color matched, J-channel, underpinning, trim and siding (approximately 600 Square Feet). Please read the entire Request for Quotation (RFQ) and all attachments prior to submitting quote. Solicitation number 140FF027Q0012 is being issued as an RFQ. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238170 - Siding Contractors. This award will be made on a Lowest Price basis. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements. The Government will evaluate quotations based on price. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: A prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration Proposal Submission: Quotes/Proposals (including any/all required documents) must be submitted via e-mail to john_ferrall@ios.doi.gov, no later than November 06, 2026, 5:00 pm EST.
