This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested. COMMANDER, FLEET READINESS CENTERS (COMFRC), has a requirement for Cryogenic Maintenance and Repair Services under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract for inspection and maintenance of cryogenic tanks, and emergency visits for evaluation and repair. The anticipated period of performance is 14-JAN-2026 to 13-JAN-2029, a base year and two (2) option years. SET ASIDE: None, this procurement is unrestricted. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: To be eligible for award, quotes must be received by the “Date Offers Due” posted in the General Information section of this notice. Government ANTICIPATES AWARD: of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order by 15-JAN-2026. ATTACHMENT: Request for Quotes (RFQ) N6852026Q1007. Quotes must at the minimum include: Unit Pricing per line item as shown on the separately attached Request for Quote (RFQ). To be eligible for the award, offerors must: Be registered and active in SAM.gov. CONTRACT TYPE: Under FAR Parts 12 and 13 the Government intends to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) award which includes Not to Exceed (NTE) line items (FAR 13.302-2). Place of Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance: Delivery FOB Destination: Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) is located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina.
