The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110, and the Small Business size standard is $40,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The purpose of this requirement is to provide “as needed” lodging accommodations for 171st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) PAANG members. The lodging facilities shall be located within a 10-mile driving distance to the 171 ARW, 300 Tanker Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108. Award Procedures & Anticipated Award Date The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement. Since this action is estimated to be greater than $25,000 but not greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Government will utilize simplified procedures under FAR Part 12 to directly/orally solicit quotations from at least three sources following the publication of this notice. Anticipated Award Date: 25 November 2026 Submission Statement: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
