Offerors shall review the revised solicitation and updated attachments in their entirety and prepare proposals in accordance with the requirements established therein. 1. SPE60727R0200 RFP 1.2W SOUTHCOM 2. Attachment A Schedule 3. Attachment B Offer Submission Package (OSP) 4. Attachment D Supplemental Into-Plane Notes 5. Attachment F Quality Assurance Provisions 6. Questions and Answers NOTE: Offerors shall submit pricing for all delivery modes identified for each applicable CLIN in Attachment A, including Into-Plane, Into-Plane with FSII, and Into-Truck, in accordance with the pricing instructions in Attachment B. Failure to propose a required delivery mode may result in the proposal being determined technically unacceptable. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless otherwise specified in the amendment.
