Simplicity of operation and flexibility is essential from the successful tenderer The contactor must ensure that the council premises have already been gritted/snow cleared before staff arrive to enable safe operations that day for staff. The service provided must ensure the extreme weather element effects are reduced to a practical minimum providing a safe operational area from which Council Staff & the Public can conduct daily works requirements.
