The provider must ensure that content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect developments in technology and industry practices. The successful provider will also be expected to provide a responsive customer success team that works collaboratively with Revenue to support the effective use of the platform and adapt to Revenue’s evolving learning needs throughout the contract term.
