The framework agreement will include the procurement of consultants at the Contracting Authority ́s premises in Oslo, primarily in the Department for Legal and Compliance. The Legal and Compliance Department currently consists of 12 persons who work with legal advice, compliance and performance management and security, risk and stand-by.
