Contract title : Procurement of Digitization of Revenue Records and Unrecorded Mutations / Khewats for Consolidation and Revenue Mauzas in Punjab Country: PAKISTAN Credit No.: 7041-PK RFB No: PK-BOR PUNJAB-569885-NC-RFB 1. The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Digitization of Revenue Records and Unrecorded Mutations / Khewats for Consolidation and Revenue Mauzas in Punjab (lot wise). LOT NO DESCRIPTION 1 : Revenue Records Digitization for Consolidation and Revenue Mauzas 2 : Digitization Assistance of the Unrecorded Mutations/Khewats of Mauzas in the Punjab 2. The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Digitization of Revenue Records and Unrecorded Mutations / Khewats for Consolidation and Revenue Mauzas in Punjab (Lot Wise). 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Single Stage-One Envelop as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” November 2020, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the website https://pulse.gop.pk/. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information (if required) from the office of the Procurement Specialist, Project Management Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE), Govt. of Punjab, ( Email : pspmupulse@punjab-zameen.gov.pk ). The bidding document in English may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders free of cost, which is available at https://pulse.gop.pk under Project Management Unit (Procurement Section.) 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 a.m. October 29, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on October 29, 2026 immediately after the bid submission deadline.
