What the buyer is asking for

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on Décembre 14th 2026 by 2 p.mEDT. All bids submitted after 2 p.m.EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement consisting of sample collection, documentation, packaging and shipment of food samples to designated testing facilities for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) Food Surveillance Program, and more specifically the Targeted Surveys (TS). This solicitation is intended to result in the award up to ten (10) contract(s). The period of the contract will be for a firm period of three years, from issuance, with the irrevocable option to extend by two additional one year periods under the same conditions. There is no security requirement applicable to the requirement. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Buy Canadian Policy.
