NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W8484-261018 dated 06 May 2026 with a closing of date of 16 June 2026 at 14:00 hrs EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of a COTS Network Analysis (SNA) Mapping and Visualization Software Solution for interdependency analyses of DND/CAF projects and other relevant digital products. More specifically, a minimum of five (5) SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution licenses, including support and maintenance are required. The resulting Contract will contain one (1) initial period and three (3) optional periods. Delivery of the solution is within Ottawa, Ontario. Deliverables: A. Initial Period Deliverables (dates to be updated at Contract award) Mandatory Initial Period Deliverables Item 1 Description: SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution (5 licenses). Quantity: 1 Item 2 Description: SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution support, including helpdesk or technical support, software version updates and software patches. Quantity: 1 Optional Initial Period Deliverables Item 3 Description: Additional SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution user licenses (Increase in SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution user licenses from five (5) up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) x DND / Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) user licenses). Quantity: 20 Item 4 Description: SNA Mapping and Visualization Software Solution Training for up to five (5) DND / CAF personnel. Quantity: 1 B. Optional Period Deliverables 1.
