The requirement is for the creation of a data platform that can: • Link to and ingest data from varied sources • Display live and ingested data in user-friendly ways • Allow for custom reporting • Produce useful insights from all data • Provide an access permission structure that facilitates easy administration across multiple partners and user groups • Be commercialised (e.g. paywalls to specific insights, or paid platform access), allowing the platform to continue beyond the scope of this three-year project.
