What the buyer is asking for
UKAEA would like to procure an alpha-phase digital tool to manage the hazard and mitigation information “golden thread” for LIBRTI. The tool shall provide a structured, traceable and concise view of hazards, mitigations, supporting evidence, mitigation maturity and residual risk to support safety decision-making, design development and senior stakeholder engagement.
