What the buyer is asking for
Solicitation SPE607-27-R-0200 is for procurement of various petroleum fuel products for delivery to support Department of Defense (DoD) activities and Federal Civilian agencies at various commercial airports in Ecuador, Guatemala, El Salvador, Bahamas, Brazil, Colombia, Belize, Peru, and Uruguay. Offerors may submit questions in writing via email to Tomisha King at tomisha.king@dla.mil, and Jamika Forde at jamika.forde@dla.mil no later than: October 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM Fort Belvoir, VA local time. All responses to questions that may affect offers will be consolidated and issued through an official amendment to the solicitation.
