Procurement of services in industrial flooring work with naturally accompanying material in the area in order to cover the need for renovation and maintenance of industrial floors. The framework agreement applies for St. Olavs hospital ́s properties and any leased premises. The amount of renovation and maintenance assignments can vary a lot from year to year. The annual contract value is estimated to NOK 700 - 1,300,000 excluding VAT. The procurement ́s maximum total value is NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. It is assumed that all the execution work for this agreement will be carried out in the evening/night/weekend.
