Do obvodu komplexní pozemkové úpravy bude zahrnuto celé katastrální území obce Zaječice, mimo zastavěného území obce a části lesních pozemků v jižní části katastrálního území, a navazující části sousedních katastrálních území Libanice, Honbice, Řestoky, Chrast, Bítovany a Orel. Předpokládaná výměra řešeného území je 749 ha, včetně rezervy 1 ha
