Riigihanke esemeks on Aktsiaseltsi Tallinna Linnatransport vajadustele vastava diislikütuse B0, parafiinse diislikütuse HVO100 ning AdBlue ostmine ja tarnimine koos tehnilises kirjelduses nimetatud kaasnevate tegevustega. Hankija võimaldab pakkujatel enne pakkumuste esitamise tähtpäeva võrdsetel tingimustel tutvuda lepingu täitmisega seotud tanklate, mahutite ja seadmetega kohapeal.
