Der Landkreis Sömmerda beabsichtigt, für das Feuerwehrtechnische Zentrum in Sömmerda eine Schlauchpflegevollhalbstraße mit einer integrierten Innen- und Außentrocknungseinrichtung für Feuerwehr-Druckschläuche nach DIN 14811 bis zu einer Länge von 35 m zu beschaffen.
