What the buyer is asking for

Background Sirkula IKS (Sirkula), the sanitation company GLØR IKS (GLØR), Midt-Gudbrandsdal Renovasjonsselskap (MGR) and Hadeland and Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA) need to enter into a new framework agreement for the transport and reception of impregnated wood as the existing agreement expires. The new contract shall be valid from 02.02.2027. The competition is being held by the Procurement Cooperation Insight Procurement on behalf of the contracting authorities. Description of the assignment The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the transport and receipt of impregnated wood for Sirkula, GLØR, MGR and HRA. The delivery includes collection of impregnated wood from the contracting authority ́s facilities, transport to a certified reception or incineration plant, as well as treatment of waste. The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authorities ́ ongoing needs during the agreement period. The extent varies between the companies and the collection frequency will therefore be needs controlled through call-offs. The estimated annual amounts are: Sirkula: 1,500 tons EMBERS: 1,200 tons HRA: 1,400 tons MGR: 400 tons The estimated value, based on the expected consumption for all sub-contracts in total, is NOK 12.3 million. The total maximum value for all sub-contracts is NOK 23 million. The reason for this is that the amount of impregnated wood that the contracting authorities receive during the contract period can be difficult to predict. About Fuel The use of zero emissions and/or biogas will be included in the evaluation under the award criteria environment for the sub-contracts for Sirkula, GLØR and HRA. There is an absolute requirement for the use of zero emissions and/or biogas in the HRA sub-contract. This is justified by geographical location and internal company assessments.
