What the buyer is asking for
The contract shall cover Oslobygg ́s need for operation of properties and statutory internal control in accordance with the internal control regulations. The contractual works include the following activities (not an exhaustive list): - Implementation of internal control points in the awarded portfolio, documented in Oslobygg's internal control system. - Register deviations on properties in the current portfolio in Oslobygg ́s internal control system. - Improve deviations on properties. - Follow-up of deviations and reception control.
