What the buyer is asking for
The City of Reykjavík invites expressions of interest from operators for the installation, operation and dismantling of a real ice rink at Ingólfstorg during the Christmas season. The proposed arrangement is a service concession. Interested operators must register their interest by the specified deadline. A separate deadline will apply for submission of the required documentation. Participation requirements, operating conditions and the criteria for selecting the operator are set out in the procurement documents.
