Se vor achizitiona gaze naturale, conform descrierii din Caietul de sarcini: Valoarea estimata totala este cuprinsa intre : minim 1.860.000,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 3.720.000,00 lei fara TVA. Valoarea estimata include acciza, tarife reglementate de transport, distributie, inmagazinare. Cantitate minimă 4.650.000 Kwh, cantitate maxima 9.300.000 Kwh Valoarea celui mai mare Contract Subsecvent 1.860.000,00 lei fara TVA Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează șă fie atribuite: se vor incheia mai multe contracte subsecvente, în funcție de alocarea bugetară. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Durata contractului : 25 luni, din care 24 luni durata de prestare a serviciilor iar 1 luna pentru constituirea/restituirea garanției de buna executie și plata ultimei facturi.
