Încheierea unui Acord – cadru de furnizare diverse produse alimentare –23 Loturi pentru 2027 ( acord-cadru pentru 12 luni). Criteriul de atribuire pentru stabilirea operatorului economic căruia îi va fi atribuit contractul subsecvent: cel mai bun raport calitate-preț. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informaţiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de depunere a ofertelor. Livrarile catre autoritatea contractanta vor fi conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini.
