Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitatile minime/maxime ale AC, respectiv cantitatile minime/maxime ale CS sunt detaliate in anexa nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini, respectiv in cadrul loturilor din documentatia de atribuire. Contractele-subsecvente se vor incheia trimestrial/semestrial/anual si in functie de creditele bugetare alocate.
